The "E" building is located right next to the tee box for the 18th hole of Mountain Air Country Club. It is ideal for golfers. The "A" building is located right next to Heritage Ridge Park. The park has lookouts for sunset and sunrise views. A lovely pavilion graces the park. The park contains a fireplace, barbecue, and several sheltered and open air tables and seating. It is a great place for a party or family barbecue, or simply a quiet moment to read a book.
The villas are nestled in the woods. Five separate buildings each have two one story units upstairs and two 2 story units downstairs. The upstairs units have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The downstairs units have 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and 2 living rooms.

Beautiful gardens surrounding the villas are maintained by the condominium association. There are rhododendron, flame azelas, and dogwood which bloom in the spring and early summer. Wonderful annuals and specimen trees grow throughout their seasons. Wildflowers also grow in abundance. Western North Carolina is one of the most bio-diverse places on earth, and the variety of flowers, plants and trees around the villas reflect this bio-diversity. Garden plots, with gardening assistance, are also available with a membership in the Mountain Air Country Club.
Numerous butterflies, and birds, including hummingbirds, visit the villas' gardens.
